Depending on your needs we may explore emotional regulation, grounding and meditation practices, patterns and beliefs that shape your behaviour, relational dynamics, coping strategies for stress, anxiety or change and rebuilding trust in yourself. Every session is tailored to your pace, your goals and your capacity.
